As a Security Professional - Telecom Patrol Driver in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with clients and visitors. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents as per site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal staff while on patrol.
Assist with access control and monitor ingress and egress points throughout the location.
Support emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
