Job Description As a Security Guard - Telecom Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a visible presence throughout the location. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to maintain order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor access points and observe activity in and around the location, reporting any irregularities or concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Document incidents, observations, and activities during patrols according to company and client requirements.
Support emergency response activities as directed, working closely with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel.
Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and/or vendors within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
