As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a dynamic Tech, Media, and Telecom location. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, monitoring access, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. Through visible presence and exceptional customer service, you will help to deter security-related incidents and contribute to a welcoming environment. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous experience.
  • Monitor front desk access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of activity within the location.
  • Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and protocols related to access control and visitor management.
  • Respond to incidents, inquiries, and security-related situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following directions provided by Allied Universal and/or site leadership.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities according to company and site requirements.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, upholding a professional appearance for the location.
