As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and helping to deter security-related incidents. You will manage badge access, respond to alarm panels, and communicate clearly with all guests. Requirements

A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Must be comfortable using computers or tablets
Excellent Customer Service skills required

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials as required for entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and general information related to the location.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
Coordinate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement or emergency services as needed during incidents.
Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuation procedures when appropriate.
