As a Residential Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

Valid Florida Security License D License
Security Experience required
Clean driving record
Be at least 21+ years of age
Ability to use computer or tablet
Comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift
Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
