Now Hiring Security Professionals to work in the Coconut Grove area! As a Security Officer - Retail Plaza Patrol Full-Time in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms and/or panel activity, and assist guests and tenants with clear communication and customer service. Requirements

• Valid Florida Security License D License
• 2+ Years of Security Experience
• Excellent Customer Service Skills for High End Tennants and Visitors
• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
