As a Security Professional - Financial Institution Patrol Driver in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

Supervisory experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report suspicious activity and/or persons within the premises.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Collaborate with team members and site staff to support overall security-related operations at the financial institution.
Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
