As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within financial institution locations. You will conduct regular patrols, remain a visible presence to support security-related efforts, and provide exceptional customer service while responding promptly to situations as they arise. Requirements

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities.
Remain alert and observant while on patrol and during all assigned duties, reporting any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific policies.
Interact with visitors, employees, and/or vendors in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance or information as needed.
Respond to emergencies and/or alarms according to established protocols, including coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
