The details: This role runs from 11 PM – 7 AM, where you will work 5 days per week, typically 8 hour shifts on a fixed schedule that allows 2 set days off together. (5 on and 2 off together). For example, you could work Sun-Thurs, have off Fri-Sat, work Tues-Sat, be off Sun-Mon or work Thurs-Mon, be off Tues-Wed. But don’t worry, we’ve got the perks to keep you motivated! Starting pay is a competitive $21/hr (or more, depending on your experience). Plus, enjoy a $1.50/hr shift differential. Oh, and did we mention quarterly employee bonuses? Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical security, supporting crisis management, emergency dispatching, first responder experience, law enforcement, or a related field required; OR Minimum 2 years’ experience in store operations management required

Nice To Haves

Related Technical / Trade training / Sheetz training preferred

Responsibilities

Dispatch appropriate authorities such as police, fire and/or medical to store and corporate locations when procedures dictate.
Perform routine testing and voice downs (store tours), in addition to utilizing system health monitoring software, to ensure store level equipment is functioning properly.
Contact service providers to initiate repair work on defective equipment.
Cooperate and coordinate with LIT, Law Enforcement and corporate management in on-going investigations of store level and corporate activities, by providing video and other requested data.
Provide guidance and assistance to service providers and internal technicians upon alarm system installation or completion of repair work to ensure system integrity; includes the initial configuration and setup of new store security systems.
Manage Access Control at all corporate buildings by monitoring and responding adequately to physical access alarms, systematically defining access levels and issuing identification badges.
Provide safety and security to store level employees and customers by monitoring and responding to alarm signals.
