Requirements

  • NC Security Licensure
  • Valid Drivers License
  • 5-7 years of experience in security operations management, law enforcement, or public spaces administration.
  • Advanced client relationship management skills.
  • Strong managerial skills.
  • Experience supervising a team of employees.
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum of 5 years security operations management experience.
  • Expert Customer Service Skills
  • Expert Judgement
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Expert in level technology and computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
  • Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
  • Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
  • Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, Budgets).
  • Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
