About The Position

A 24/7 security operations organization focused on monitoring, incident response, and internal communications for nationwide security personnel. The company maintains a high-performing offshore team in the Philippines, aligned on time zone and processes, supporting continuous operations. The Operations Watch Officer plays a critical role in ensuring seamless operational monitoring, internal coordination, and timely incident management across multiple systems. The SOC Officer is responsible for overnight operational monitoring, internal communications, and administration within the security operations center. This is a highly accountable role, requiring individuals who are personable, coachable, reliable, and able to multitask across systems. This role starts as a Watch Officer, providing live support to operational staff. Exceptional performers may transition to broader operational responsibilities, including shift management and data analytics support.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy and proficiency with data entry and multiple system management.
  • Fast and accurate logging of incidents, calls, and operational tasks.

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in operations, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems preferred; HubSpot experience a bonus but not required.
  • Prior experience in 24/7 operations or security environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise overnight shift operational duties and internal workflows.
  • Monitor active security personnel reports, including incident and injury logs.
  • Ensure tickets from prior shifts are addressed or reassigned via HubSpot.
  • Track employee compliance with shift attendance and reporting.
  • Perform quality control on reports, dashboards, and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate handoff logs between shifts.
  • Ensure proper escalation of critical issues to operations leadership.
  • Serve as primary internal contact for security personnel calls nationwide.
  • Log all call-outs and relevant issues in HubSpot; notify appropriate staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to personnel on processes and systems.
  • Conduct wellness checks and ensure professional communication protocols.
  • Monitor dashboards, including Lighthouse, WinTeam, Quicksight, and Globalstar.
  • Ensure all operational reports, logs, and checklists are completed accurately.
  • Assist operations leadership with data entry, scheduling, and incident tracking.
  • Maintain secure handling of confidential information.
  • Draft and maintain internal documentation and operational notes.
  • Support administrative processes such as subcontractor agreements and compliance audits.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for systems, reporting, and escalation protocols.
  • Ensure technology requirements are met (computer, internet, headset) for remote work.
