The Security Operations Center Coordinator will be responsible for the operation of the SLHS Security Operations Center located at Saint Luke's Hospital. This role involves monitoring various alarms (fire system, infant abduction system, intrusion and duress alarms), security cameras, answering phones, and dispatching security officers via two-way radio. The coordinator will also complete daily logs and incident reports, and provide badge access. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and leadership skills, be adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
