Knoxville Security Officer for a Downtown Public Building
About The Position
The Security Officer will be responsible for the foot patrol of a large public building downtown. This is a highly mobile post that requires the candidate to be on their feet most of the day, walking up and down stair cases, etc. The candidate will direct visitors and be a presence to maintain order. Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.
- Direct visitors.
- Be a presence to maintain order.
- Perform foot patrol of a large public building.
- Be on feet most of the day, walking up and down stair cases.
