As a Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in South Bend, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
