Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1 year of experience in hotel/resort security is preferred
Valid Driver’s License
CPR/First Aid Certificate
AED Certification

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols of the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property assets.
Respond promptly to emergencies, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure the well-being of guests and associates.
Promote safe work practices among associates and guests, raising awareness of safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed, documenting findings accurately and ensuring the completeness of necessary reports and documentation.
Respond to all guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, providing assistance and resolving issues to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, seeking satisfactory resolutions and maintaining a positive guest relationship.
Complete any other duties as assigned, supporting the overall operations of the hotel and contributing to the smooth functioning of daily activities.
