Responsible for the safeguarding of property, assets, guests, visitors and associates by making continuous patrols of the property. This role involves ensuring the safety of guests and associates, protecting property assets, answering house calls, assisting with safety and security matters, and initiating and following up on investigations of crimes. The Security Officer will also assist sick and injured individuals, write incident and accident reports, maintain accurate records through basic office duties such as camera monitoring and logging activities, and handle undesirable persons without disrupting property operations. Additionally, the role supports the supervisor in checking alarm systems, safety equipment, and monitoring building security, as well as patrolling associate areas and noting safety hazards.
