As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will welcome residents and visitors, manage access, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to maintain accurate information, communicate clearly with the community, and help create a welcoming environment. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors at the front desk of a residential community while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
  • Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct individuals to appropriate locations.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Observe front desk activity and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
