About The Position

Walden Security is seeking reliable and professional individuals to join their team as Security Officers. This position will provide coverage across multiple shifts to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities. The company will be hosting a Job Fair on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at NC Works: 800 W. US Highway 64 Murphy, NC 38906. This is an opportunity to learn more about the role, meet the team, and complete the initial hiring process. Security Officers protect client property against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry, serving a diverse range of clients including Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, and Hospitals.

Requirements

High School diploma or General Educational Degree (GED)
Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Valid driver's license
Two forms of identification (to bring to job fair)
Proof of education (to bring to job fair)
Prepare to undergo a drug test (at job fair)
Direct Deposit (information needed)

Nice To Haves

Prior law enforcement or military highly preferred
