As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe site conditions, and document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Support daily operations at the location by assisting with directional guidance, reporting suspicious behavior, and following post orders related to after-hours access, deliveries, and/or contractor activity.
