As a Security Officer Spanish Speaking Patrol in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, members, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or first responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and other designated areas, helping to control access and observe for security-related concerns.
• Complete routine reports and document incidents, patrol activities, and notable observations according to site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
