As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol CPR Support in Greensboro, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and care. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and use technology to document activity. Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and compliance with facility access procedures.
  • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
