In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, staff, and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, production spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report concerning conditions.
• Monitor access points, check credentials, and document visitor and/or contractor activity in support of site access protocols at a technology-focused location.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activity, and observed conditions, and assist with following post orders and client procedures throughout each shift.
