About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an on-call Concierge Security Officer for a site in Saint James, Louisiana. The role focuses on customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is on-call and flexible, with possible 1st/2nd or 2nd/3rd shifts. A TWIC card is required.

The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access, conducts patrols, inspects security equipment, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property. The position pays $17.00 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must have a TWIC card.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
