Requirements

Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access screening requirements, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Screen individuals, packages, deliveries, and belongings in accordance with established site procedures, documenting and reporting prohibited items, unauthorized access attempts, and unusual activity.
Operate screening equipment and access-control tools as assigned, following established protocols for visitor entry, contractor check-in, and delivery coordination.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, common spaces, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
