Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear communication with property management, tenants, and emergency responders while completing accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
