Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, incidents, and observations in accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
