Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific policies and security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and communicate professionally with staff and guests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related issues to help deter unauthorized entry and support a professional front-desk environment.
