As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by offering directions and information as needed while maintaining access control procedures.
Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities.
