About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver for a residential community in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents and visitors through customer service and communication. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license. The role is part-time and pays $17.15 per hour. The stated schedule is Friday and Saturday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The officer provides customer service by following security procedures and site-specific policies and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities. The officer also responds calmly to incidents and critical situations and conducts regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state and local laws and may be required before employment.
