Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
High school degree or equivalent.
Valid state licensing REQUIRED (Texas Guard Card).
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Minimum of one year of security experience.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle/foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity.
Perform access control, greet and identify residents/guests, log vehicles, and announce visitors.
Provide customer service, monitor CCTV, distribute packages, and announce visitors.
Manage guest/visitor access and eject trespassers or violators.
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor arrivals.
Protect others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
Monitor and/or detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
Warn violators of infractions.
Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and/or emergencies by contacting local first responders.
Identify and report any concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents).
Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.
Other duties as determined by management.

Benefits

Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
$50 Sign-On Bonus for those with an active Texas Guard Card (paid after 90 days of employment)
