As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Screener in Bossier City, LA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour Weekly Pay Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 AM - 12:00 PMThur12:00 PM - 10:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Screen individuals, packages, and selected property entering and exiting the facility in accordance with established procedures; report prohibited items, irregularities, and policy violations.
Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and employee entrances to help deter unauthorized access and support orderly movement throughout the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; report security-related concerns, hazards, and unusual activity.
