Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access activity, and complete driving-related responsibilities while remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

  • Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related issues.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as required, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts.
  • Support Allied Universal standards by communicating clearly with site personnel and local responders when appropriate, while maintaining detailed and accurate activity reports.
