About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Napa, California. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer welcomes visitors, verifies identities, guides visitors, manages access control, conducts patrols, and helps protect people and property. The schedule is full-time, with a day/swing combination shift: Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The hourly wage is $18.50. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional security training may be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
