About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer for a business complex. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, engaging with people on all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence.

Requirements

State security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
At least one year of corporate security experience
At least 21 years old
Active driver's license
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
Manage access control
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
