As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Access Control in Pryor, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will use computer or tablet systems as needed while collaborating with a reliable, caring team that values agility, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry and exit, and observe truck, visitor, and employee traffic in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
