This role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, responding to alarms and incidents, enforcing company policies, and collaborating with emergency personnel. Requirements

Valid Maryland Security Guard Card
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to work in one of our Maryland locations
TWIC Card required for the Dundalk location only
Ready to start work immediately
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must pass all pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
Provide courteous and professional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors.
Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities.
Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
