About The Position

Walden Security is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for first- and third-shift positions in the Dalton, Georgia area. Officers provide coverage across shifts and protect clients’ industrial or commercial property, personnel, facilities, and property against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Client sites include office buildings, residential properties, distilleries, financial institutions, telecommunications and manufacturing facilities, hospitals, and other locations.

Candidates are invited to attend a job fair on November 4, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 1001 Market St, Dalton, GA 30720. The event offers an opportunity to meet the hiring team, interview, and complete initial hiring steps; same-day offers may be made. Attendees should bring two forms of identification and proof of education, be prepared to undergo a drug test, and wear business-casual attire. Initial training supports earning a Security Officer Certification.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license.

• Prior law enforcement or military experience is highly preferred.
