Requirements

Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols of interior areas and surrounding grounds
- Monitor entry points and restricted areas within the facility
- Assist staff, patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
- Observe and report safety concerns, disturbances, or unusual activity
- Help maintain order while following site-specific guidelines
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the shift
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and on-site personnel
