In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas, with working conditions that may vary by location.
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or operational areas.
Support site operations by observing for hazards, damaged equipment, and/or policy violations, then communicating concerns to the appropriate contacts and documenting security-related activity.
