About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location in Houston, Texas, you will help safeguard clients and provide professional service to tenants and visitors. The role involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and communicating professionally. The scheduled shifts are Monday and Wednesday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

A state-, county-, or city-issued security-related license.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Customer service experience.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, common areas, and surrounding property; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
