About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Security Officer to join our team at a multi-family residential community. In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring the safety conditions onsite while supporting a secure environment. Your duties will include conducting regular security patrols and being alert to any potential security threats. You will actively monitor access points, and investigate potential suspicious activity while working closely with law enforcement when necessary. In addition to your security duties, you will be responsible for providing clear and accurate documentation of all incidents, preparing detailed daily reports, and maintaining open communication with both clients and internal teams. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under potentially stressful conditions, along with a thorough understanding of safety protocols and legal regulations. Responsibilities

• Monitor grounds to prevent theft, trespassing, or vandalism.
• Contact emergency personnel as needed.
• Patrol and maintain a security presence.
• Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
• Patrol all designated areas.
• Respond to incidents onsite and submit the appropriate report(s).
