As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Screening in King William, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a food production location.
Monitor entry and exit points; verify identification, visitor authorization, delivery documentation, and/or contractor credentials in accordance with site requirements.
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and package records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to incidents, access-control issues, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
