Requirements

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with facility requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Support a professional environment at an aerospace and defense-related location while maintaining accurate daily activity and incident documentation.
