As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Computer Patrol Reporting in El Dorado, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. Using computer or tablet systems as needed, you will document observations and assist with site procedures. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas, noting and reporting unusual conditions.
Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, documenting visitor activity, and communicating access concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
Complete clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports while following chemical and petrochemical location requirements.
