About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver for an assigned site in Conway, Arkansas. The role provides a fixed weekly anchor shift requiring a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Hours may vary with additional shifts, with the opportunity to build up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed. The listed pay rate is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly.

The officer provides customer service and performs security-related procedures, site-specific policies, patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and documentation at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position. Applicants must be at least 18 for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is contingent on a background investigation and drug screen, as permitted by law; licensing may also be required under applicable state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, identifying and reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts in a timely manner.
