As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Reporting in Lithia Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, respond to alarms and incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and delivery documentation as required, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident records.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
Assist with maintaining orderly access and traffic flow for inbound and outbound vehicles, while communicating observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
