Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry records, and direct authorized individuals in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, controlled areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or access concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
