Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of logistics and distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
Assist with maintaining an orderly flow of vehicles and personnel at shipping and receiving areas while reporting damaged property, suspicious activity, and policy concerns.
