About The Position

The role of security is to ensure the safety of the community, property, and assess by patrolling, monitoring, and responding to incidents. Security deters potential threats, enforces rules, and acts as the first responder to emergencies.

Requirements

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to document information clearly.
• Ability to speak effectively before clients or employees.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that are furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Within the first thirty days of hire, employee is required to obtain CPR Certification.
• Within the first thirty days of hire, employee is required to complete in-person training for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training.
• Within the first thirty days of hire, employee is required to complete in-person training for Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation.
