About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an unarmed patrol driver with an active clearance for a specialized industrial location in Rochester, New Hampshire. The officer conducts routine patrols, maintains a visible presence to help deter incidents, and supports a welcoming and secure environment. The driving post requires a valid driver’s license. The role involves communicating professionally, providing customer service, and reporting security-related concerns while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. This is a part-time position scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, paying $23.26 per hour.

Requirements

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, and assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, incidents, and policy concerns according to site procedures.
